The warranty is provided by progress garden. In accordance with the conditions specified in this document, the seller, sales point, intermediary, manufacturer, and authorized importer bear direct responsibility.
In case of product malfunction, the time spent on repairs is added to the warranty period. The maximum repair period is 20 working days. This period starts from the date the product's malfunction is reported to the official service point.
The determination of whether the product malfunction is due to user error is made at the official service center.
Warranty exclusions
1. Issues arising from use contrary to the nuances specified in the product usage manual are not covered under warranty.
2. The consumer is responsible for reading and correctly applying the usage instructions and warranty terms.
3. Warranty terms and the inclusion of various spare parts are regulated by manufacturing companies.
4. Defects or damages that occur from using the product in a location other than its intended use place, or from impacts that compromise its integrity, are not the responsibility of the official importer progress garden and the manufacturer.
5. The consumer must regularly and timely perform technical inspections and cleaning of the product. Failure to do so in a timely manner renders the warranty void.

7. Damage or defects caused by natural disasters, fire, and power surges are not covered by the warranty.

10. Warranty is considered void if any repair work on the product is conducted by services or individuals not approved by progress garden.
11. The warranty is considered void if the product is used for purposes and conditions not intended. For example, if the product is forced to exceed its intended capacity or if equipment meant for enthusiast grade is used for professional purposes against usage guidelines, resulting issues are deemed external to warranty coverage due to the aforementioned reasons. The consumer bears responsibility for ensuring accurate information delivery regarding the appliance.
12. The initial installation and delivery of the product must be performed in the presence of the customer by the person designated by the point of sale. Issues arising from improper installation and initial setup are not covered under warranty.
13. Service and spare parts costs incurred for resolving issues beyond the warranty period are chargeable.
14. During customer complaints related to products covered under warranty, the customer must present the warranty card, receipt-invoice, and identification information.
